About the Role

As a Drywall Specialist at Fix It All, you'll handle the full scope of drywall work on residential and commercial projects, from hanging panels to final paint touch-ups, with the professionalism and precision our clients expect. You'll work in people's homes, which means cleanliness, communication, and craftsmanship are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

• Install drywall panels accurately and efficiently
• Apply tape, joint compound, and finish coats to a flat, smooth result
• Texture to match existing surfaces, knockdown, orange peel, smooth, and more
• Paint and spot paint to blend seamlessly with existing finishes
• Protect and maintain clean work areas throughout every job
• Keep client living spaces clean, organized, and respected at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on site
• Document work accurately and on time in JobTread

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on drywall experience, hanging, taping, finishing, and texturing
• Ability to match a variety of existing textures with consistency
• Paint and spot paint experience with an eye for color and finish matching
• Strong attention to detail your work has to look right, not just be done
• Respect for client property you work in people's homes, act like it
• Valid driver's license
• Coachable, punctual, and solutions-focused
• Familiarity with ND building codes and job site safety standards

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$30/hr based on experience and performance
