About the Role
As a Home Improvement Specialist II, you'll operate with real autonomy. You'll run residential and commercial repair and remodel jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision, mentor junior technicians, and deliver a client experience that earns 5-star reviews. No hand-holding. No excuses. Just excellent work.
What You'll Do
- Execute home repairs and basic remodels independently
- Lead job site setup, workflow, and clean-up
- Mentor and guide Level I technicians
- Interpret blueprints and work orders accurately
- Manage materials, tools, and your service vehicle
- Track all work in JobTread — accurately and on time
- Deliver a professional, hospitality-level client experience on every job
What You Bring
- 2+ years in home repair, handyman work, or remodeling
- Valid driver's license — trailer experience a plus
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Solid understanding of ND building codes and safety requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and time management
- A coachable, solutions-first mindset
- Punctuality — 10 minutes early is on time here
Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$30/hr based on experience and performance
